Obituary

Wanda M. Walos, 97, of Donora, formerly of Belle Vernon, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015, in Kenric Manor, Donora. Born in New Kensington on June 1, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Stephanie Kasperski Bojarski. She was a member of St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church, an award winning artist in oil painting and a member of the Mon Valley Art Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Walos; two daughters, Suzanne Trilli and Jo Ann Weldon; and a brother and sister, John Bojarski and Edna Zaydel. She is survived by a grandson, Johnathan Trilli of California; and a sister, Helen Ciccarelli of Monessen.  Private family visitation was held Wednesday morning in the ROBERT A. BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC., Monessen and a 10:30 a.m. funeral Mass was held in St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church. Interment followed in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
