Walter A.Szymansky;85;of 304 Fell St.;Belle Vernon died Thursday;April 8;1976;at 7:02 a.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. He was born in Poland on May 7;1890 and had resided in Belle Vernon the past 70 years. Mr.Syzmansky retired in 1958 from the electrical department of the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon. Surviving are his widow;Rachel Breakwell Szymansky;three sons;Edmund and Quentin Szymansky;both of Belle Vernon;and Roger Szymansky of Louisville;Ky.;three daughters;Mrs.Joseph (Clara) Saitz of Belle Vernon;Mrs.James (Stella) Lane of Cypress;Calif.;ad Mrs.Adele DiAndreth of Fayette City R.D.;five stepchildren;Mrs.Doris McGrath;Mrs.Phyllis Crea and Mrs.Mary Jane Roe;all three of Fairhope;Mrs.Ruth Sebesta of Endicott;N.Y.;and Franklin R.Breakwell of Lynnwood;19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m.Friday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Saturday. Services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m.at the funeral home with Dr.S.Arthur Talman of the First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;and the Rev.H.R.Loughborough Jr.;of Marion United Presbyterian Church;Fairhope;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is funeral director in charge.
