He was born in Monongahela;May 4;1894;son of John W.and Myrtle McFall Manown. He was asociated with a steel company in Chicago. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church;and was a veteran of World War One. He was a member of the Blue Lodge;F.and A.M.;Monessen;and Syria Temple;Pittsburgh. Survivors are his widow;Hope;one daughter;Verna Manown at home;one son;Voyle F.Jr.;Hamburg;N.Y.;three grandchildren;one sister;Vella Manown of Monongahela. Friends will be received at the Bebout and Yohe Funeral Chapel;Monongahela;Sunday;7 to 10 p.m.;and services will be held there Monday;Nov.24;at 10 a.m.;in charge of the Rev.Doyle Snyder.
