Virginia Elizabeth McCune of 940 Olden Oak Lane (Meadowbrook Apartments),Auburn Heights,Mich.,died Friday,Jan. 9,1981 at 10:35 p.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital. She was 59. Mrs. McCune was born July 9,1921,in California,Pa.,a daughter of the late James and Antonini Campesi Encapera. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Auburn Heights, Mich. Mrs. McCune had lived in Levittown,Pa.,from 1952 until 1979 when she moved to Michigan. Survivors include her husband,Albert J. McCune Sr.,at home;three sons, Albert J. McCune,Jr.of Auburn Heights,Mich.,Richard McCune,serving with the U.S. Army and James McCune,at home;four sisters,Mrs. Phyllis Kozykowski of Riverside,Mich.,Mrs. Matthew (Josephine) Rajakovic of Monessen,Mrs. Joseph(Carmalina) Shukis of California,Pa.and Mrs. Antonini Bobbi of Pittrsburgh;four brothers,Richard Encapera of California,Pa.,Joseph Encapera of Oklahoma CIty,Okla.,Paul Encapera of Charleroi and Angelo Encapera of Moline,Ill. and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 11 a.m. followed by an 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
