Mrs. Virginia Davis, aged 53 years,died Thursday, July 20,1943 in a hospital in New York City. She was born in Powhatan county. Surviving are her husband, Harry Davis of Monessen and two daughters, Mrs. Annabelle Hewitt of Monessen and Miss Virginia Davis of New York City. Three sisters, four brothers and 3 grandchildren also survive. Funeral service will be held Monday,July 26,at 1:30 at the Warden funeral home with Rev. William Parker officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon cemetery. George A. Warden,funeral director in charge.
