Virginia Lee Andrako, 84, of Charleroi, died Monday, Sept. 8, 2014, in Monongahela Valley Hospital, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Washington Township on April 29, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Clarence B. and Bessie Mae (Hileman) Hoffman. A homemaker, Virginia was a member of Harmony Presbyterian Church. She was active in the Donora Senior Citizens Center, where she played bingo and cards. She is survived by her son, George (Rosemarie) Andrako Jr. of Monongahela; two daughters, Linda (Andrew) Klingovsky of Long Branch and Patty Ann Axton of North Charleroi; four grandchildren, Lisa Zdravecky, David Andrako, Amanda Jo Rulong and Alysia Newman; seven great-grandchildren, Noah, Jase, Ethan, Aidan, Luke, Shane and Cameron; two brothers, Dave (Hazel) Hoffman of Claridge and Ray (Patty) Hoffman of Belle Vernon; sister, Mae Sadosky of North Charleroi; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, George Andrako Sr.; brother, Clarence Hoffman; and sister, Anna Horne. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934,http://www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday with Pastor Glenn Hart officiating.
