Mrs. Violet May Byron,age 60 years,died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Davis,117 Third street, Monessen,Friday,October 19,1945,at 12:15 p.m. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Monessen,and the Dames of Malta lodge and Order of Eastern Star,of Monessen. She is survived by her husband,James Byron,two daughters, Mrs. Albert Davis and Mrs. William Bell of Monessen,one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Fisher of Detroit,Michigan,and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the home of another daughter,Mrs. William Bell, 435 Parkway,Monessen,Services will be held in Trinity Episcopal Church,Reed avenue. Monessen,Monday,October 22,1945,at 10:30 a.m.,in charge of Rev. Ralph Auten of Donora. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L.and Edwin Melenyzer are funeral directors.
