Viola Colvin Weightman;85;of Cape Coral;Fl;formerly of Fayette City and Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;Nov.2;1994 at Life Care Center;Punta Gorda;Fl. She was born July 19;1909;in Dunlevy;a daughter of the late Walter and Bertha McEwen Colvin. She had resided in Cape Coral for the past several years. She was a member of the Belle Vernon Baptist Church;Mary Brown Class Quilting Group. She was director of the American Cancer Society Dressing Group of Rehoboth Church for 15 years. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law;R.Byron and Joanne Weightman of Cape Coral;Fl;one daughter and son-in-law;Janice and James H.Miller of Newnan;GA;five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Richard (Dick) Weightman in 1977;and one brother;Walter Colvin in 1975. There will be no public visitation.
