Vincent Smith,59,a resident of the Fifth Avenue Hotel,Monessen,died Wednesday, Sept. 7,1960 at 6:20 p.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mr. Smith was born in Monongahela and was employed as an operator in the pickle house of the Allenport Plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He is survived by three step-daughters, Mrs. Pete (Barbara) Consonery of Charleroi R.D.1,Mrs. Jacob L. (Ivy) Steiner of Kent,Ohio and Mrs. Melvin (Georgina) Harden of Fairhope,a sister, Margaret Smith of Dunlevy, 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Edwin Melenyzer Funeral Home,262 Donner Ave.,Monessen.
