Verna Mae Samoda; 84; of Belle Vernon; passed away on Tuesday; December 8; 2009; in her home. A daughter of the late Andrew C. and Fronie Konosky Samoda; she was born in Parnassus; PA on February 2; 1925. She was a retired office clerical employee of the former Page Company in Monessen. Survivors include two brothers and a sister-in-law; Eugene Samoda; of Belle Vernon; with whom she resided; and Ken and Jean Samoda of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by one brother; Francis Samoda in 1985 Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M.
