Tressa M. Pantuso,78,formerly of Belle Vernon,died Saturday, Sept. 2,1995,in St. Anne Care Center, Greensburg. Born Nov. 26,1916,in Belle Vernon,she was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Mary Rotundo Pantuso. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon,Miss Pantuso was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Third Order of St. Francis and the Immaculate Conception Praesidium Legion of Mary of St. Sebastian. Until falling ill in 1983,she worked for more than 20 years as the housekeeper at the St. Sebastian rectory. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by one sister, Nellie Anderson,who died April 12,1995;and three brothers,Anthony P. Pantuso in 1972,Ernest Pantuso in 1981 and Nell Pantuso in 1919. Survivng are one brother,Dr.Raymond J. Pantuso of Doylestown;and several nieces ad nephews,including Mrs. Andrew (Teresa) Krolik of Belle Vernon,who cared for her during her declining years. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where a Prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.,followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
