Mr.Krivda was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;Fayette City. A U.S.Army veteran of World War II;he was a member of Brightwell-Daughtery Post 484 American Legion;Fayette City. Surviving are his wife;Evelyn Holet Krivda;two sons;and a daughter-in-law;Ronald A. and Jacqueline Krivda;of California;Pa.;and Richard Krivda of Belle Vernon;two daughters and sons-in-law;Carol A. and Richard Kalkstein of New Kensington and Arlene and Robert O’Lexa of West Newton;and eight grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.;Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday until 9:30 a.m. in the Eley/McCrory Funeral Home Inc.;Main Street;Fayette City. A Blessing service will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.in Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Leonard McAlpin as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A parish wake service will be held Friday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home.
