Thomas W. Wells, Sr., 91, of Charleroi passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Born on May 8, 1933 he was the son of the late Arthur and Anna (Kirschner) Wells.
He was a Veteran of the US Army, serving during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Charleroi VFW, the Slovak Club, and the former Turner's Club. He was a retired warehouse manager for Johnny Dee's Beauty Supplies and Equipment and also as a custodian for the Charleroi Area School District. He was also a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates.
Thomas is survived by his 5 daughters, Mary (David) Petrosky, of Fallowfield Twp., Elizabeth Salciccioli, of Rostraver Twp., Shirley Bryner, of Charleroi, Sharon (Louis) Guerra, of Long Branch, and Karyn (Jeffrey) Kwiatkowski, of Greensburg; grandchildren, Natalie Petrosky, Robin, Melisa and Rocco Salciccioli, Thomas, Jennifer, Josh, Britney and Brandi Wells, Samie Jo Bryner, Tyler Guerra, and Cameron and Riley Kwiatkowski; and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his wife, Shirley Swaney Wells; son, Thomas W. Wells, Jr.; son-in-law, Francis Salciccioli; brother, Arthur Wells; and sister, Anna Emph.
As per Thomas' wishes, all services will be private.
