Thomas W. Vigne, 54, of 423 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon, died Sunday, April 2, 1995, in Mon Valley Hospital Inc., Carroll Township. Born April 2, 1941, in New Eagle, he was the son of the late Alfred E. Vigne, who died in 1947, and Marie Thomas Vigne of New Eagle, who survives. A resident of Belle Vernon the past 40 years, Mr. Vigne had worked at the Vocational Rehabilitation Center in Rostraver Township. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Coal Center. Surviving, in addition to his mother, is a sister, Mrs. Thomas E. (Mona) Wedding of Centerville, Ind. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral
Home Inc., 700 Broad Ave,Belle Vernon. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m.in the funeral home with Pastor Larry W.Wilson of Grace United Methodist Church,Coal Center,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
