Obituary

Thomas Tucker O'Toole, 80, of Roscoe, died Friday, June 21, 2002, at 7:05 p.m. at Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Township. Born May 18, 1922, in Monessen, he was a son of the late Thomas and Catherine Crowe O'Toole. He was a resident of Roscoe and retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Monessen plant, where he worked as a yard checker. Mr. O'Toole was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army Air Corps. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Leo Mark and Katherine Lassooy of Roscoe, one granddaughter, Kelly Lassooy of Roscoe, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Teresa O'Toole of Belle Vernon and Joseph and Charmayne O'Toole of Hershey, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Alice Tressler of Bentleyville, Patricia and Gust Ostetrico of Monongahela, Gertrude and Joe Zoretich of Bentleyville, and August Rigotti of Pittsburgh. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Michael, Martin, John and Robert O'Toole, and three sisters, Ellen Glaspey, Kathleen Bednarczyk and Josephine Rigotti. Visitation was held Sunday in the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Board Ave., Belle Vernon. Services were this morning in the funeral home at 10 a.m. with the Rev. E. George Saletrik, parochial vicar of St. Sebastian Church, officiating. Interment took place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
