Thomas S. Howard; 70; of Monongahela; passed away Monday; October 29; 2012; in Mon Valley Hospital. A son of the late Thomas Clayton and Marguerite L. Soubeyrand Howard; he was born in New Eagle on April 30; 1942. Thomas was a lifelong resident of Monongahela. He was a self-employed bricklayer. Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law; Les and Fame Howard of Fallowfield Twp.; one sister and brother-in-law; Barbara and Robert Capron of Centerville; GA; nieces and nephews as follows; Chris Howard and his wife; Kristen; Rachael Hanson and her husband; Lucas; Heather Stantial and her husband; Tim; Kelli Pattee Breuer; and Steven Pattee; two great-nieces and nephews; Cody and Cheyenne Breuer; and one great-great nephew; Jack Breuer. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his sister; Nancy Lee Pattee. There will be no public visitation or funeral service.
