Thomas J.Flanagan of 426 Jones St.;Belle Vernon;died yesterday at 645 a.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mr.Flanagan was general foreman in the wire mill of the Monessen Page division of American Chain and Cable Co. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon and its Holy Name Society. Surviving are his widow;Julia Donovan Flanagan;a daughter;Betsy at home;one brother;Francis Flanagan of Roscoe;one sister;Mrs.Ann Vogel of Indiana;Pa. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. April 10 at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;and Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Blessing service there Wednesday;April 12;at 9:30 a.m. followed by requiem high mass at St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon at 10 a.m. The Rev.Martin J.
