Obituary

Thomas E. (Boze) Seibert of 117 Henry St.Rear,Belle Vernon,died at 10 p.m. Tuesday,June 11,1985,at his home. He was 53. Born in Blainesburg (West Brownsville),June 18,1931,he was a son of the late Thomas W.and Frances Bates Seibert. Mr.Seibert was a member of the Lynnwood Lutheran Church,the American Legion,the Moose and the VFW,all of Belle Vernon and the East Belle Vernon Athletic Club. He had resided in the Belle Vernon area most of his life. Mr.Seibert retired from the Monessen plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel in 1977 because of ill health. He was a U.S.Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. In addition to his parents,he was preceded in death by his wife,Norma Jean Sethman Seibert,on June 19,1979. Surviving are three daughters,Mrs.Alex (Sheila) Carocci of Perryopolis,Mrs.Kenneth (Pamela) Harvey of Grindstone and Frances E.Seibert at home,two sisters,Mra.Marjorie Dunson of Okmulgee,Okla and Mrs.Edythe Carson of Charleroi R.D.2 and four granddaughters. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Donald H.Swanson of the Lynnwood Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director,is in charge of arrangements.
