Obituary

Thomas C. Emelo, 50, a watchmaker who operated his own business in Charleroi, died suddenly Friday,November 11,1966, at 9:45 p.m. in Charleroi - Monessen Hospital. He lived at Fayette City R. D. 1. Mr. Emelo was born in Timblin, Pa.. Sept 8, 1916. He was a member of Arden Calvert Post 167, Veterans of Foreign War, Charleroi, and Brightwell-Daugherty Post 484, American Legion, Fayette City. He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are his widow,Elma Greenlee Emelo, a son, Thomas D., and a daughter, Kimberly, at home, has mother, Mrs. Ruth Emelo, of North Charleroi,: a sister, Mrs. Lenhart ( Elizabeth) Kollar, North Charleroi. Friends are being received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City,where funeral services will be held Monday,Nov.14,at 1:30 p.m. The Rev.Robert L.Trimble Sr.,pastor of Fayette City Methodist Church,will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery with full military rites by Arden Calbert Post 167,Veterans of Foreign Wars,Charleroi. Howard W. McCrory,funeral director.
