Thomas Arrigo,aged 19 years,eldest son of Mrs.Bessie Arrigo,of 243 Schoonmaker avenue,died at the Mercy hospital,Pittsburgh at 5:30 a.m.Thursday morning ,July 6,1922 following an illness of about three weeks caused by spinal meningitis. He was well known in Monessen and in Belle Vernon,where he was employed as driver for a wholesale fruit concern. His death comes as a shock to his many friends as the young man was always in perfect health until he became ill three weeks ago. Besides his mother,the deceased is survived by his wife and one child and four sisters and three brothers,also an uncle,Thomas Arrigo,of Charleroi. The funeral will be held Saturday morning at ten o'clock in the Holy Name Church on Reed avenue. Interment in the Belle Cernon Cemetery immediately following the services.
