Thomas A. Shoman; 63; of Somerset; formerly of Roscoe; died peacefully Wednesday; August 29; after a lengthy illness.

He was born February 25; 1944 in N. Charleroi; a son of the late James E. and Helen M. Jesko Shoman. He was former member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church.

Survivors include three brothers and their wives; James and Carol Shoman of Washington; Pa.; Robert and Kim Shoman of Youngstown; Ohio; and Ronald and Nancy Shoman of Canfield; Ohio.

Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday; August 31; in the Ed Melenyzer Funeral Homes.; Inc.; Roscoe where a Prayer Service will be held at 1:00 p.m.

Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
