Theopolis (Offie) Edwards, aged 74 years, died Monday, May 13, 1940,at 11:10 at his home in Lynnwood, following a lingerlng illness. Mr. Edwards was widely known, having been born and reared and spent his entire life in the immediate neighborhood of Lynnwood. Surviving is hfe wife, Jennie; a brother, Thomas Edwards, of Lynnwood, and a sister, Mrs. Jane Weiberg, of Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon, May 16, at 2 o'clock from the late home, with Rev. James M. Rainey, pastor of the Christian Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
