Obituary

Theodore Lee Strother Sr., 33, of Belle Vernon, formerly of Dawson and Perryopolis, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 22, 2012, in his home. A son of the late Willis Harvey and Malinda Belle Keffer Strother Jr., he was born on Dec. 19, 1978. Theodore was employed as a laborer. Survivors include his wife, Audrey-Rose Burkhart Strother, one son, Theodore Lee Strother Jr., one daughter, Ivy-Rose Strother, both at home, one brother, Timothy Strother and his partner, Edward Fisher, one sister, April Fuoss and her husband, Howard, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albert C. and Kathleen Burkhart, five sisters-in-law, Jessica Burkhart, Jeannette (Kenneth Crissman) Sollars, Cassandra (Lamont) Moorer, Kara Burkhart and Angel Gibson, two brothers-in-law, Jason Burkhart and Jake Gibson, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willis Harvey Strother Sr., Anne Marie Strother, William E. Keffer and Dolores Keffer. Friends will be received Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, (724) 929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com. A funeral service will be in the funeral home Wednesday at 8 p.m. with Pastor Eugene Spear, of Char-Belle Free Methodist Church officiating.
