Mrs.Thelma (Lochrie) Smith of Pompano Beach;Fla.;formerly of Monessen died Wednesday;Jan.13;1965;following heart surgery performed Monday Jan.11 in a Miami hospital. Born in Boswell;Mrs.Smith had lived in Monessen until five years ago. She was a former member of the Woman’s Club and the United Presbyterian Church;both of Monessen. Surviving are her husband;Edward L.; two sons;Lionel of Jupiter;Fla.;and Don of Monessen;two daughters;Mrs.Jack (Charlotte) Sonafelt of Monessen and Mrs.John (Nova) Nole Jr.of Manchester;N.H.;sixteen grandchildren;a brother;Richard N.Lochrie of Library;two sisters;Mrs.Andrew Shurie of Latrobe and Mrs.J.Wilson Kerr of Carmichaels.
