Thelma Dempsey Trozzo, 71,of 1 James St.,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,March 20,1991,at 5:55 p.m. in Havencrest Inc.,Carroll Township. She was born Feb. 24,1920,in Irontown,Wis., a daughter of the late Dilla (Jack) and Amanda Brown Dempsey. Mrs. Trozzo was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon and the Ladies Guild of the church. She held memberships in the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 3557 of Belle Vernon,the Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 Ladies Auxiliary,the former Belle Vernon Fire Company No. 2 Ladies Auxiliary and the Belle Vernon Golden Agers. She had resided in the Belle Vernon community for the past 30 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John and a sister, Virginia. She is survived by her husband, George W. Trozzo and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Leonard J. Parzynki Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon Tthursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home onSaturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon,at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
