Thelma Mae Owens Masten;85;of Coal Center;died Friday;Nov.3;2000;in Lafayette Manor;Uniontown. Survivors include two daughters;Dorothy Shoemaker of Levittown;Pa.;and Patty Nantus of Coal Center;with whom she made her home;four grandchildren;Ronald Shoemaker of Levittown;Christopher Shoemaker of Levittown;Martin Nantus and wife Sheryl of West Brownsville;Susan Scaccia and husband James of California;Pa.;and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband;Martin Masten;in 1973;and three sons. In accordance with her wishes;there will be no viewing. Services will be held by the Cremation Society.
