Taylor Hogg,who has been a resident of Belle Vernon for the past 46 years,died Sunday,January 20,1946 at 4:10 a.m.,at the Charleroi-Monessen hospital. Mr.Hogg was a member of Belle Vernon Lodge No.63,F & A.M.,the I.O.O.F.lodge,and the Presbyterian Church,the Uniontown Lodge,Perfection,and the Consistory of Pittsburgh. Surviving are a daughter,Mrs.Jospeh Guder,with whom he resided;two sons,William C.Hogg,of Washington,Pa. and Taylor Hogg,Jr.of Belle Vernon. Nine grandchildren ane three great-grandchildren also survive. Friends are being received at the Meleynzer Funeral Home,where services will be held Wednesday,January 23 at 2 p.m.with Rev.George Kress and Rev.Fred Burchill,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L. Melenyzer and Edwin F.Melenyzer,funeral directors.
