Sylvester Deck,42,of 1202 Schoonmaker avenue,Monessen,died Thursday, Feb. 2,1950 at 7 p.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital. He is survived by five brothers,Alex,of Philadelphia,Leon and Cecil,of Chicago,Henry of Springfield,Mass.,and Paul of Lincoln,N.C.,three sisters,Mrs. Audrey Killings,Mrs. Beatrice Johnson of Philadelphia,and Mrs. Carrie Crenshew,of Chicago.one niece,Mrs. Willa Mae Taylor,of Philadelphia. Friends are being received at the Draper Funeral Home where services will be held at 11 a.m.,Monday,in charge of Rev. L.A. Cousins. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
