Susanna D. Rinko,88,formerly of Charleroi,died Wednesday,Oct. 21,1998,at the Vincentian Home, Pittsburgh. She was born on May 28,1910,a daugher of the late Joseph and Julia Rinko. Miss Rinko was a World War II U. S. Navy veteran and a member of Mary, Mother of the Church parish of Charleroi. She was a retired school teacher for the Charleroi Area School District. Survivors include a niece,Mrs. Ron (Joan) Valcarcel of Pittsburgh,her caretaker,and a sister-in-law, Ethel Rinko of Florida; three great-nieces,Ann, Kathleen and Lynn Valcarcel. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Joseph and Albert Rinko and two sisters, Julia Rinko and Mary Rinko. Friends will be received Thursday at 9 a.m. in the Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Home Inc.,235 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in Mary,Mother of the Church,Charleroi. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
