Mrs.Bain was born Feb.17;1906 in Van Voorhis;a daughter of the late Stephen and Zuanna Sember Mikita. She spent most of her life in Pittsburgh and was a retired employee of the Smithfield Restaurant in Pittsburgh. Her husband;James Bain;preceded her in death on Dec.15;1957. Survivors include three sisters;Mrs.Stanley (Veronica) Shubuck of Bernizer;Pa.;Mrs.Joseph (Justine) Gerber of North Charleroi;and Mrs.Willard (Elizabeth) Godfrey of Stockdale. Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m.Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday. Services will be held in the funeral home Monday at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
