Obituary

Mrs.Susan A.Lynch,74,of 125 Brown St.,Belle Vernon,died Sunday,May 20,1962,at 1:40 p.m. in the Washington Hospital,Washington,Pa. She suffered a heart attack on Friday while at the home of her daughter,Mrs.Mary Beatty of Washington. Born in Webster,Mrs.Lynch had been a Valley resident all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband,Samuel J.,in May,1948,and a son,Joseph S.in October,1958. Mrs.Lynch was a member of St.Sebastian's R.C.Church in Belle Vernon. Surviving are five sons,Robert J.,of Clearwater,Fla.,Matthew E.of Belle Vernon R.D.3,William T.,of Perryopolis,Charles L.of North Charleroi,and Vincent P.of Levittown, two daughters,Mrs.Mary C.Beatty of Washington,Pa.,and Mrs.Harold (Susan) Ringstad of Belle Vernon,fifteen grandchildren,two brothers,John and Abram Foster,both of Belle Vernon R.D.1,two sisters,Mrs.Frank Jones of Webster,and Mrs.Mary Norman of Monessen. Friends will be received at the H.Denver Rhome Funeral Home,Monessen,after 7 p.m.May 21. Visiting hours will then be from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Prayer will take place at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m.on Wednesday,May 23,followed at 10 a.m.by Solemn High Mass in St.Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon. The Rev.Andrew King,pastor,will be the celebrant. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. H.Denver Rhome,funeral director.
