Stewart Louis Thorpe;six year old son of Mr.and Mrs.Stewart Thorpe of Rosemont Plan;Belle Vernon;R.d.2;died in Children’s Hospital;Pittsburgh;Wednesday;February 4;1959;at 6:40 p.m.  He attended Rehoboth Presbyterian Church and Sunday School.  He is survived by his parents;one brother;Richard;his paternal grandparents;Mr.and Mrs. John Thorpe of Belle Vernon and his maternal grandparents;Mr.and Mrs.Charles Knight of Arnold City.   Friends will be received at the Edwin Melenyzer Funeral Home;during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.  Brief services there Saturday;February 7;1959;at 1 p.m.in charge of Dr.S.Arthur Talman;will be followed by addition services at Rehoboth Presbyterian Church.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Edwin Melenyzer is the funeral director.
