Stewart D. Hough; 53; of Crest Street; Speers Hill; formerly of Monessen; died Saturday; Nov. 17; 2001; in Mon Valley Hospital. A son of the late Harold and Margaret Burke Hough; he was born in North Charleroi on June 1; 1948. He was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church of Monessen. Mr. Hough had resided in Speers since 1979 and was employed by the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Co. Survivors include his wife of 26 years; Maria Apodiakos Hough; a brother; Stephen and his partner Nachum Golan; both of Pittsburgh; and three aunts; Mary Burke; Nolace Burke; both of Belle Vernon and June Hamrock of Monessen. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC.; a Golden Rule Member Firm; 1209 Grand Blvd.; Monessen; where Trisagion services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by funeral services at 10 a.m. in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church; with Father George Alberts officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. There will be a Trisagion service in the funeral home Monday at 8 p.m.
