Steffie G. DuJardin; 79; of Belle Vernon; passed away peacefully on Monday; Aug. 26; 2002; at home surrounded by her family. She was born Sept. 1; 1922; in Somerset; a daughter of the late William and Frances Goletz Malinowski. Mrs. DuJardin was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church; Fayette City. She took care of her sister; Stella Malinowski; for 43 years. Mrs. DuJardin was preceded in death by her husband; Ernest DuJardin; on Jan. 18; 1976; one brother; Adolph Malinowski; and one sister; Blanche Moskal. Surviving are her two daughters; Glenna Sickles and husband Don of Indiana and Vicki Adamec and husband Gary of Belle Vernon; grandchildren; Donnie Sickles and wife Shelly; Michelle Ciccillian and husband Mark; Tami Monohan and husband Chris; all of Indiana; John Adamec and fiancee Belinda Schwartzwald of Belle Vernon; Ryan Adamec and wife Mary of West Virginia; and Stephanie Rose and husband Mike of Canonsburg; four great-grandchildren; four sisters; Nellie Basile; Helen Trenk; Frances Seman and Stella Malinowski; all of Belle Vernon; and one brother; Walter Malinowski of Gainesville; Texas. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Thursday; Aug. 29; until 9:30 a.m. when a blessing service will take place followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Holy Spirit R.C. Church with the Rev. F. Leonard McAlpin as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
