Stella Stushka Malinowski; 88; of Fairhope; Belle Vernon; an earthly angel; passed peacefully from this life to journey to her heavenly home on Thursday; Dec. 18; 2003; in Country Care Manor; Fayette City; with her loving and caring niece Vicky and husband Gary Adamec at her side. She was born in Boswell on Dec. 23; 1914; a daughter of the late William and Frances Golec Malinowski. She was preceded in death by two brothers; Adolph Malinowski of West Newton and Walter Malinowski of Texas; and two sisters; Blanche Moskal and Steffie DuJardin of Belle Vernon. Stushka was a very special; loving and gentle person to all who knew her. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church; Fayette City. She is survived by her niece; Vicky Adamec and husband Gary of Belle Vernon; who cared for her; three sisters; Helen Trenk; Nellie Basile and Frances Seman; all of Belle Vernon; and several loving nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; Fayette City; and Saturday until 9:30 a.m.; when a prayer service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Holy Spirit Catholic Church; Fayette City; with the Rev. Fr. Leonard McAlpin as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A parish wake service will be held Friday at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
