Obituary

Stanley Sherbensky,49,Monongahela R.D.1,died suddenly of a heart attack at the Williams Coal Mine,Pangburn Hollow Rd.,Monongahela Monday,Nov. 17,1958 at 2:45 p.m.  Mr. Sherbensky was born in Poland,April 14,1909 and had lived in the Pangburn Hollow,Monongahela R.D.1 vicinity for the past 30 years.  He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. Preceded in death by his wife,Louise,on Nov.29,1956,he is survived by two sons,Stanley at home and Harold N. Huzela of Fisher Heights; a sister,Mrs. Michael (Mary) Chanko,of Fellsburg and one grandchild. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home,Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m.,Nov. 18.  Funeral home visiting hours are from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.  Services will be held from the funeral home on Thursday,Nov.20,at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Raymond Tharp,pastor of the Riverside Tabernacle at Sunnyside officiating.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral director.
