Stanley Tabor, 51,of Fayette City R.D.1,died Saturday, Nov. 20,1965 at 10 p.m. while on a hunting trip on the Coldren Farm in Washington Twp. Mr. Tabor was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church,Fayette City and the Holy Name Society of the church. He was a committeeman for Boy Scout Troop 571 of Fayette City and worked at the Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Mr. Tabor was born in Pricedale Jan. 13,1914. Surviving are his widow,Mary Berna Tabor; a son, William at home; two brothers, Joseph of Baltimore, Md.,and Walter of Carnegie; and an aunt,Mrs. Katherine Amendola of Uniontown. Friends are being received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral home,Fayette City,where Prayers will be recited Wednesday,Nov. 24,at 9:30 a.m. followed by Requiem High Mass in Holy Spirit R.C.Church,Fayette City at 10 a.m. The Rev. William Gavron,pastor,will officiate. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at the funeral home,Nov. 23,at 8 p.m. Howard W. McCrory,funeral director.
