Sigi Santavicca,75,of Walnut Street,Dunlevy,died Sunday,Dec. 17,1989,at 7:05 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital Inc.,Carroll Township. Born Oct. 5,1914,in Ellsworth,he was the son of the late Silvio and Magdelena Iocca Santavicca. A resident of Dunlevy for the past 68 years, Mrs. Santavicca retired in 1976 form the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.,where he had been a craneman. He was a member of the Mon Valley Radio Controllers Club,and was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Rena Rossi Santavicca,one son, Gary Santavicca,at home,four daughters, Mrs. James (Madalyn) Pollitt of Alexandria,Va.,Carolyn Santavicca,at home,Marlene Santavicca of Clearwater,Fla. and Mrs. Regis (Ernestine) Lee of North Charleroi,one brother, Carl Santavicca of Dunlevy and one sister, Lydia Salomone of Kirtland,Ohio. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m.,with Rev, Charles K. Sowden of the South Brownsville United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
