Sherdina Mills;41;of House 36;Pricedale;died Monday;Nov.1;1976;at 6:15 p.m.in Montefiore Hospital;Pittburgh;following a brief illness. Mrs.Mills was born in Whitsett on Jan.20;1935;and had lived in Monessen for many years. She was a member of the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church of Whitsett. Survivors include one daughter;Mrs.Darlene Rodgers of Flint;Mich.;her mother;Mrs.Bessie Mills of Pricedale;four sisters;Mrs.Luther (Genevieve) Madison of Shoaf;Pa.;Mrs.Clarence (Fannie) Reid of Flint;Mich.;Mrs.George (Dorothy) Linton and Mrs.Albert (Frances) Smith;both of Monessen;three brothers;Robert Mills of Washington;Pa.;Herbert Mills of Monessen and Melvin Mills of Uniontown;three grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home;608 Sixth St.;Monessen;Friday;Nov.5;from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Saturday;Nov.6;at 11 a.m.;the Rev.Clarence McCraw officiating. Burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly D.Draper is funeral director in charge of arrangements.
