Shelby Jean (Usher) Maglet; 74; of Belle Vernon; Washington Township; died Monday; Dec. 24; 2012; at Mt. Macrina Manor; Uniontown. Born June 4; 1938; in Fayette City; she was the daughter of the late David and Ada Castel Usher. Mrs. Maglet was a homemaker and member of the Washington Township Fire Department former Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by six children and three daughters-in-law; Victoria Waters; of Boston; Pa.; Donald and Alberta Maglet; of Pricedale; Mark and Connie Maglet; of Nanty Glo; Joanna Prentice; of Brownsville; Sandy Maglet; of Belle Vernon; Randy and Darlene Maglet; of Speers; two sisters and brothers-in-law; Patricia and George Self; of Greene County; and Evelyn and John Rehe; of Naomi; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces; nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; Donald Maglet; sister; April Dugeon; and best friend; Shirley Fugo.
