Mrs. Savannah Pitts,of 1225 Morgan avenue,died Saturday,October 2,1948,at 8:30 p.m.,following a long illness. Surviving are three children,two sons,Emory and Gus Williams,and one daughter,Mrs.Elizabeth Hopson,all of Monessen. Eight grandchildren also survive. Friends will be reeived at the Draper Funeral Home until Friday,October 8,1948,when a funeral services will be held at the Wayman A.M.E.Church. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
