Mrs. Sarah Williams of 409 East Schoonmaker avenue,died Thursday, Oct. 20,1949 at 12:55 p.m. She was born in Wales, England and lived in Monessen for the past 40 years. She is survived by two sons, Val of Washington and Reginald of Aliquippa;one daughter, Anna Mae Williams of Blairsville;five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. One brother also survives in England. Friends are being received at the Check Home for Funerals,until Monday,October 24,when brief funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.,with Rev. Fred Bennett of the First Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Joseph R. Check,funeral director.
