Santo L. Junior Bernardo Jr.; 83; of Belle Vernon; passed away on March 3; 2014; in Country Care Manor. He was born Oct. 29; 1930; in Belle Vernon; a son of the late Santo L. and Theresa Rizzutto Bernardo Sr. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps during Korea. He worked as a film editor for Paramount Studios for over 40 years; working on films such as Forrest Gump and Citizen Kane to name a few. Surviving are his wife; Dolores Bernardo of Verando; Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by three brothers; Caltado; Robert Sr.; and Richard Bernardo; and a sister; Carol Bridges. There will be no public visitation or services. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC.; Family Owned and Operated as a Member of the Golden Rule; 1209 Grand Blvd.; Monessen.
