Sandra Lee Jones Hazelbaker;of Constitution St.;Perryopolis;died Wednesday;Sept.8;1982 at 12:30 p.m. in Westmoreland Hospital;Greensburg. She was 40. A lifelong resident of the Mon valley area;Mrs.Hazelbaker was born Sept.10;1941;in North Charleroi. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents;Edgar F.and Mildred McKissick Jones Sr.of Clair Manor;Rostraver Twp.;she is survived by her husband;Callen Hazelbaker;three sons;Jeffrey of San Francisco;Calif.;Robert and Scott;both at home;and two daughters;Teri and Carol at home. Also surviving are her brother;Edgar F.Jones;Jr.;of Clair Manor;a sister;Mrs.Frank (Linda) Patrick of Belle Vernon and two grandchildren. Friends are being received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Harold E.Nunemaker;pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Perryopolis;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
