Sandra J. Forte; 64; of Centerville; died Sunday; April 5; 2009; in UPMC Presbyterian; Pittsburgh. A daughter of Helen Abbott Dudgeon; who survives and resides in Belle Vernon (Lynnwood); and the late Earl Dudgeon; she was born in North Charleroi on June 15; 1944. Sandra was a former member of the Lynnwood Lutheran Church and had resided in Centerville since 1976. She was a loving wife; mother and grandmother. Survivors; in addition to her mother; include her husband of 32 years; Carmine ‘Mickey’ Forte; two sons and one daughter-in-law; Randy Forte; of Eighty Four; and Jeffrey and Kathleen Forte; of Washington Township; two brothers and one sister-in-law; Cary and Antoinette Dudgeon; of Lynnwood; and William ‘Bill’ Dudgeon; of Donora; and five grandchildren; Brandon; Caitlyn and Autumn Forte and Alexis and Brooke Forte. In addition to her father; she was preceded in death by one brother; Ronald Dudgeon; in 2006.
