Obituary
Samuel Mario Mancuso passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016 due to complications from pneumonia. He was 80 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Florence Mancuso, and a brother Michael Mancuso all of Monessen. Sam was married in 1967 and is survived by Caroline (Milasincic) Mancuso, their daughters Gina Marie Roberts and son-in-law Everett Roberts (with whom he made his home), and Angela C. Latchem and son-in-law Brian Latchem, two grandsons Joshua and Jesse Bridge, and two great grandsons Jedediah and Julian Bridge. By a former deceased wife, Mary, he is survived by three children, Leslie, Anthony, and Louis all of New London, Conn. Sam was a U.S. Navy Veteran, former employee of Pittsburgh Steel Company, and Ball Metal Corp in Findlay, OH. He was also former manager of Orbit Billiards. A great 'reader', he was quite the card player and pool 'shark'. Our well-dressed music lover was also a former member of the Mars Club for seniors. Sam enjoyed his favorite restaurants and will be remembered for his charming and pleasant disposition, as well as his humorous character. Arrangements are being handled by the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., Monongahela, PA, and burial will be private in Belle Vernon Cemetery. He will be deeply missed by family and all who knew him.
