Samuel Majors,67,of 1266 Morgan Ave.,Monessen,died Tuesday, May 19,1959 at 11:30 a.m. in St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born in Halifax,Va.,June 17,1891,Mr. Majors was an employee of the wire department of Monessen Pittsburgh Steel Co.plant until his retirement in September,1958. Survivors include his wife,Mary;a son,Leroy (Bobo) Majors of Monessen;three brothers,Will of Roanoke,Va.,Archie of Danville,Va.and John of Bellville,N.J.;two sisters,Georgia of Raleigh,N.C. and Mrs. Mattie Fields of Danville;a step-son,Willie Parker of Columbus, Ohio and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral home,Monessen,beginning Wednesday evening at 7 o'clock. Funeral home visiting hours are from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning,May 23,at 11 a.m. from the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church,Monessen,with the Rev. E.
