Samuel M. Marinos,55,of 143 Lynnwood Ave.,Belle Vernon,died Tuesday, May 5,1992,at 9:27 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born in Monessen on Aug. 1,1936,a son of the late Emanuel and Elizabeth Toth Marinos. Mr. Marinos was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church of Monessen. He was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon and retired in 1987 as a welder at the Gibsonton Yard of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. Mr. Marinos is survived by his wie, Antonia Moundros Marinos; a son, Steven M. Marinos of Belle Vernon; a daughter, Annette Marinos,at home;two brothers, Robert Marinos of Fairhope and Louis Marinos of Lynnwood and a sister, Susan Marinos Grimes of Fayette City. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Trisagion service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. Prayer service will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 10:15 a.m.,followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church with Father Nicholas Pastrikos officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
