Samuel J.Bell;77;of 1106 Graham St.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;Oct.12;1969;at 7:30 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital.  he retired from the Monessen Works of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.in 1958.  Surviving are a daughter;Mrs.Lewis (Geraldine) Zundel of Coal Center R.D.1;a son;Milton A.of Perryopolis R.D.2;six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;after 7 p.m.Monday;and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.Tuesday.  Service there Wednesday;Oct.15;at 2 p.m.with the Rev.Charles Colas;pastor of Belle Vernon’s First Baptist Church;officiating.  Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Harold R.Toner is funeral director.
