Samuel (Happy) Lippincott,83,of 70 Marion Villa,Belle Vernon,died Monday night,Jan. 13,1964,at 10:05 p.m. at his late home following a short illness. He was born in Waynesburg on Oct. 15,1880. His wife, Mary Jane,died on Feb. 29,1960. Surviving are four sons, Elias of Sacramento,Calif.,Herbert with the United States Air Force at San Antonio,Tex.,Howard with the U.S. Marines at Camp Pendleton, Calif.,and Chauncy with the U.S. Marines at Camp LeJeune, N.C.; two step-sons,Willie Lippincott of Monessen and Robert Stamper of Indianapolis,Ind.;four daughters, Mrs. Albert (Edna) Offutt of Indianapolis,Ind.,Mrs. Henry (Betty) Ross of Marion Villa,Mrs. Walter (Dolores) Brown of Monessen and Dorethea at home and twelve grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home,Monessen,after 7 p.m. Jan.15. Funeral service Friday,Jan.17 at 11 a.m. in the Speer St. A.M.E.Church, Belle Vernon. The Rev. C.
